Real-world wisdom from a lifetime in music.

Join Frank Goldstein as he shares the stories, lessons, and sound advice gathered over a lifetime in the music industry—helping the next generation turn their passion for music into a career that lasts.

A Lifetime in Music.

A Career Built From It. Wisdom worth passing on.

Frank Goldstein’s journey in music began at just nine years old, performing in the clubs of New York City and discovering early that music could be more than a passion—it could be a way of life.

Over the decades that followed, Frank experienced the music industry from nearly every angle: performer, educator, salesman, touring musician, bandleader, and entrepreneur. Music took him around the world, introduced him to his wife, Frances, and eventually brought him to California, where—with a young family, little money, and no guaranteed paycheck—he once again relied on the one thing he knew best: music.

Frank ultimately helped build one of the Bay Area’s leading entertainment companies, combining a musician’s understanding of the craft with an entrepreneur’s understanding of what it takes to turn talent into a sustainable career.

Now retired, Frank is opening up a lifetime of stories, successes, mistakes, and hard-earned lessons to the next generation.
